Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to every photo you upload and everything you create, and it is part of our terms of service.

Content standards
Do not upload, create or share: sexual or sexually suggestive content; graphic violence or gore; hate speech or harassment; any sexual content involving minors; deepfakes or impersonation of real people without their consent; content that infringes copyright or trademarks; or synthetic media presented as evidence of a real event.
Sexual content involving minors and non-consensual intimate imagery are zero tolerance: we close the account immediately and report it to the authorities where the law requires or allows.
People in your photos
Only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed to it. Photos of children may only be uploaded by their parent or legal guardian.
Content moderation
The models we use have their own safety filters that block some generations; the credits for a blocked generation are returned automatically. We also review reports from users and rights holders.
Reporting
Email support@dothetrend.ai with the link to the content or the account email, and the rule you think it breaks. We reply within 48 hours. Copyright complaints follow the steps on our copyright page.
Enforcement
Depending on how serious a violation is, we may block the generation and return its credits, send a warning, suspend the account or close it. Serious violations may skip straight to closure. Unused credits on a closed account are lost unless the law says otherwise.
Appeals
If you think we got it wrong, email us from your account address within 14 days and explain why. A person reviews every appeal and replies by email.
