The service
DoTheTrend turns your photos and prompts into short videos and images with AI. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or the owners of the trends, songs and brands it mentions.
Accounts
You sign in with an email code or link, or with Google. You must be 18 or older, and you are responsible for activity on your account.
Photos you upload
Upload only photos you have the right to use, of people who agreed to it. Photos of children may only be uploaded by their parent or legal guardian. The acceptable use policy lists what you may not upload or create.
Credits and payment
Generations use credits, and the cost is shown before you create. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Plans renew each month or year until you cancel them in Manage billing. When a generation fails or is blocked by a safety filter, its credits are returned automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases are not refundable except as the refund policy describes.
Your creations and how you may use them
You may use what you generate for personal and commercial purposes, as long as you hold the rights to what you uploaded and follow the terms of the model used. Generating a clip does not give you a license to the original video, song, artist name or brand behind a trend, and you may not suggest they endorse you. Templates with original sound include the trend’s audio for your clip; check each platform’s music rules before you post. Follow each platform’s rules for labeling AI content.
Copyright and takedown
Rights holders can ask us to remove material by following the steps on our copyright page. We remove content we confirm is infringing and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
No guaranteed results
AI output varies. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, motion or match with an example, or that a result fits a specific purpose. Model availability and processing times can change.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, as described in the acceptable use policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. We email signed-up users before significant changes take effect.
